Lego Team Building

Our Principal Educator, Rodrick Lee grew up playing Lego… He used to build Houses, Weapons, Spaceship and many more things using Lego Basic Bricks hand me down by his elder Brothers.
Hence in ae, he started using Lego as a communication activity where participants are tasked to build a Ship Model with the Manual in another space. This creates opportunity to talk about different communication styles, working styles as well as whether who leads during the activity process.

Subsequently he designed more activities using Lego, and recently he finally get over his Headache and build a Labyrinth using Lego. Teams are to manoeuvre a small Clay ball from one point to another with everyone only to hold the strings.

There are many more Lego activities that we had designed.
